Benefits of Studying
the Arts

Acting strengthens our ability to effectively express ourselves, strengthens our communication skills, and teaches us how to work as a team.  Singing teaches us self-confidence and resiliency as well as strengthening our brain's ability to quickly process complex information.  And Dance teaches us proprioception: our mind's recognition of our body in space - this helps with everyday things like walking and moving, as well as posture and spinal alignment, safe-guarding against future physical ailments.
